#workout #chest #back #lifting #exercise Chest press/back Warmed up at 50 (25 each side) Solid at 70 5 at 90 Muscle failure at the 90 mark, only did two sets of 5 before I gave out completely and hit a wall. 70 is still doable so I’m doing two more sets at 70 Pull down (lats work out) same as above Row pull (also lats and back) Warmed up at 3 blocks Solid at 4 blocks, once warmed up it felt like 3 Can do 5 blocks as well (10 reps!)
