3 sets triceps pull down with rope, both hands
20 reps at 50
15 reps at 60
10 reps at 70
5 reps at 80
On second set of 70 I’m finding my muscles are starting to quit after 5. I can feel the lactic acid build up but need to adjust a bit. I think my form also plays a role as to start I was feeling a tug in my neck and no longer feel it. Continuing onto 80 with a full minute rest
3rd set of triceps and 60 was a push. Moving onto the 10 at 70 now and seeing how we do….. muscle failure at 9 on 70.
Able to now to do 10 at 80… 5 at 90?

20 reps at 50
15 reps at 60
10 reps at 70
10 reps at 80
10 reps at 80 feeling the same as 10 at 70. Going for five at 90 now that I’m a bit warmed up
Lateral arm “revolt”, sideways lifts
10 at 25 (half extension)
20 at 10 (full extension)
